On behalf of Coach Jeff Viamari and myself, I want to welcome all new and returning players & their families to the 2023 Dennis Yarmouth Little League Pirates!

Both Coach Jeff and myself have returning sons to this team from last year. Our goal is to provide the kids with the best baseball experience possible with an emphasis on good sportsmanship, discipline, good team culture and expand on player development.

Our designated preseason practices are Monday & Thursday evenings both at Wixon Upper Field; Games will tentatively begin the week following April school vacation and will likely take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, however, details on the final schedule are yet to be completed.

We hope to begin practices as early as next week (week of March 27^th) but this is dependent on weather as we know baseball is not the best sport to practice in the cold or wet weather….stay tuned for practice updates.

We are planning on a league wide field cleanup day on April 1^st that we ask each family to send at least one adult member of the family to assist with the clean up of leaves, the dugouts, the snack shacks, etc. The league is currently looking into hiring contractors for field improvements, therefore, there should not be too much heavy lifting at cleanup day!
